Hi, thanks for stopping by at my blog! I originally made this to keep track of my ABC diet, but if anyone's here and actually reading this, then hello.
Now I've never been professionally diagnosed with an eating disorder solely because I've never confronted anyone about it. I'm a very secretive person and I'm good at hiding that I restrict and purge. My lowest weight recorded was in 2013 and I was 131lbs. I've gained since then and now weigh a whopping 168lbs.
I've entered the ABC diet before without the right mindset and that's what led me to fail. I'm not even sure if I'll make it this time but I'm going to take it one week at a time; see how I feel. I'll do one week, see the results and consider how it made my body feel and if I feel good and stable enough to keep going, I'll do so. Of course I'm going to incorporate some exercising into this, I still need some muscles.
I'll be starting it tomorrow and dragging it out through next Thursday. I'll be treating tomorrow as if it was a Monday. I'll wake up, weigh in, go throughout my day and once I've hit my calorie mark, I'll come back and update my blog. I'm pretty excited, to be honest.
